Chris is a former Royal Marines Commando and brings a wealth of military experience and expertise to the role and organisation. On leaving the military in 2011, Chris worked in maritime security roles prior to joining Eclipse in 2015. Moving on from his first role as officer then team leader, Chris is now a Security Project Manager and has been instrumental in running a project for an onshore UK based oil company. Chris brings a no nonsense approach to the role and has a great rapport with all those he leads. He is self-motivated and is currently studying towards a Level 5 Diploma in Security Management.

Ray joined the commercial security industry in 2003 after a lengthy military career which culminated as a member of the UK Special Forces. With over 30 years security experience garnered from the UK and international high risk and corporate environments, Ray is currently the CEO of Eclipse Strategic Security Ltd. Having obtained Chartered Security status in 2019, Ray now sits on the Register for Chartered Security Professionals Board of Assessors. Ray enjoys mentoring security professionals and organisations in the Security Industry and has an active continued personal development program with memberships of The Security Institute, The Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) and The American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS International).
Kenny is a retired Police Superintendent with 30 years service. He is a former Bronze and Silver Public Order Commander who has accumulated significant operational experience in the Police; especially in relation to public protest, balancing the rights of individual protest with the right of other individuals to go about their lawful activity. He is also a former Security Coordinator (SECCO) and has planned and successfully delivered VIP and Royal visits. More recently, Kenny has undertaken an advisory and liaison role with Industry - specifically with Eclipse and has delivered the 'Dealing with Protest' course to a variety of high profile companies and individuals since its inception.
Following a change in personal circumstances, Katie left ICU nursing and retrained at Worcester College, studying law and politics. Katie then started her career in the security industry as an administrator and has since worked in several roles. Katie has developed and trained in quality assurance and continuous improvement and guides companies through accreditation and approval processes. Katie’s role as a Company Director at Eclipse, oversees compliance, continuous improvement and best practice throughout the organisation as well as providing support for all employees. Katie is passionate about raising standards and professionalism within the Security Industry and strongly believes in empowerment through personal development. She is currently studying for her MBA with Glyndwr University and has recently become an affiliate member of the Security Institute.
A former Senior Intelligence Analyst who has worked with UK Special Forces, Jim is an accomplished Security Manager with extensive experience in consulting, liaison and intelligence gathering, particularly in the field of protest and activism. Jim has augmented his operational experience with a Masters Degree in Intelligence and Security Studies from Brunel University. Jim has broad experience in Counter Terrorism and the delivery of counter terrorism programs. Jim now heads Eclipse’s Open Source Information gathering, analysis and Threat Monitoring Services.
With an extensive military career spanning 26 years, James was involved in the planning and conducting of training and operations, worldwide. During his career he was involved in the liaison between the military and government and civilian organisations, internationally, to ensure mission success and the security of personnel and resources. James has a wealth of experience in training and development and actively promotes continued professional development within Eclipse. As a founding member and the Managing Director of Eclipse, James uses his excellent inter-personal and communication skills to develop business and plan and implement projects. James has an innovative approach to problem solving and a personality to motivate his team. James is an adrenaline junky and in his leisure time enjoys snow sports and motor racing.
Ebony joined Eclipse as an Administration Assistant at the end of 2019. Originally working on a part-time basis, Ebony quickly established herself as an invaluable member of the team and now works full time to support all aspects of the business. Ebony has recently completed a course in Digital Media Marketing and will go on to formalise her skills with a qualification in Business Administration.
Peter joined the Eclipse team in 2017 and brought with him a wealth of operational military experience, from the British Army together with security history as a private military contractor and surveillance operator. Although he started as a Security Officer, he soon progressed into the role as Team leader, commanding his own teams and projects for numerous clients around the onshore oil and gas companies. Peter is a reliable, honest and a highly self-motivated individual and possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
